- jo brou Added May 28, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We bought a couple of Aria Design chairs for our living room about four and a half years ago. We loved them. They were comfortable and the cloth had a great feel. About six months ago, the seat start getting soft, feeling as if the springs were not providing support. Now, one of the chairs clearly has a spring failure as you can feel it shift and sink when you sit in it. The retailer, Star Furniture, and Aria have been no help in finding a repair company to bring these chairs to.
